Veggie tip of the day!

If your asparagus gets a little wilty and lifeless looking, simply cut off the bottoms and place in less than 1” of water. Let them sit for a few hours (room temp) and they will perk back up!

You can also store them like this (changing the water daily) instead of throwing them in the crisper (which we affectionately call “the rotter”, in my house!).
